Monster points dilemma and no ad payment

The game is great I have been playing it for a while but one thing ticking me and many other players off is the sale value of monsters to monster points. 10 or 5 for a descend boss is just wayyyyyy too less...at least make it 100 so then at least farming those dungeons would be a decent pass of time.

Another thing bothering me is the fact that you cant earn premium currency (crystals) through watching ads, its 2016 god dammit why would you not have this available?! At the end what does it matter if the player paid using his real life money or his time watching ads...in the end your company makes money either way.
