App support killed this game for me.
The game is amazing, I loved it but God forbid you ever buy anything and lose your money due to a glitch. I bought a pack for 1.99$ which allowed me to evolve a monster. I took it out for a spin but the game decided to crash mid-level. When I reopened it, my monster was in its previous form. My bank account was charged so I decided to ask the support team to resend the pack I paid for. The guy said, "Im sorry for the inconvenience but this glitch has not been reported. Once we get enough complaints, we might look into it." I got angry and said that glitches can happen for a number of reasons, what if it was some complications with my own device. He said "even then, we need to verify that, that glitch actually exists." I asked for my money back but did not get a reply. Its only 2$, not a big deal, but to have no support or empathy is what gets me. The game is great but buy things at your own discretion.
