Terrible customer service
Ive been playing this game for a few years now and have really enjoyed it. They do a great job of keeping it interesting even for their veterans.
Recently during a reset I lost some skill up material. (4 badpys). Should have been a simple fix right? Wrong.
I have responded to them at least 8 times now voicing my concern. They respond with the same reply. "Sorry, we couldnt find the any bugs or glitches so we are unable to return your lost materials."
Completely inappropriate.
